To My Dear Sister Gloria, Chantel, Octavia, Tony and all who make up the Brooks Family Connection near and far: Bishop Hilton Rawls, Sr. and I shall forever remember Deacon Willie Wayne Brooks. We met him years ago during the time in which our children were part of the WE CARE fellowship. He later made his business to stop by various services held at the St. Paul "Life Center" UFWB Church. He was our transportation man from plays to amusement parks. Down through the years our families joined as One. He possessed a matchless sense of humor. His voice was a soothing one and oh so friendly. Willie Wayne was a Man among men. A proud gentleman and a scholar - who loved his family beyond measure. Although his body was failing, his resolve was to Live, Live and Live til God summoned him from his earthly home. Rest on Dear Brother. Your Precious Prayer Warrior, Friend and Awesome Wife Dear Gloria will be taken good care of by the God of all Comfort, the precious children and grands born to this loving Union. Much Love and Great Respect.
