To my dearest Aunt.
Words cant express the emptiness I feel inside, but God only know the reasons why. I will always keep you in my heart and in my thoughts, it's with regrets and also with joy to know that you are gone in a better place.
I will forever love you. Guerlina

Maggie, I just understand now why during our last conversation you insisted that we meet before the summer. Unfortunately the current situation has ruined our meeting planned for March 20. As you know, your unexpected departure left a big void in me, an extreme anguish. I will miss you a lot, but the positive side is that your suffering is over. You have fought the great fight, you have completed the course (2 Timothy 4: 7).
Goodbye Mag my best friend, my sister, my confident. Your memories will always remain in my mind.
I hope to see you again when the time comes.
I love you
Solange

In loving memory of my Aunt Maggie:
We will miss you. You always welcomed us when we were in town and always made us feel at home. As a role model in my life, you showed me what a woman with a diverse background can accomplish if you work hard enough. You worked so hard in your life because you always wanted to be that person who could provide for yourself and your family. A tradition that Grandpa started and carried on through you, my mother, aunt shelly and others. That tradition will continue through all of us your nieces and nephews as we follow in your footsteps to stay connected and celebrate our family and the strength we have inside of us as Antoine's.
I will never forget the summers we had playing in your backyard and in the pool. Jeffrey and Jamil and Warren running amuck, as they usually did. As if that was their job as young boys to irritate their younger female cousins, not realizing they would turn us into the next strong generation of female Antoine's. I remember your reaction would be, "eh tit sour they're just kids." and you would give us a wink and laugh. they were good times, they were the best times as I remember a time that I knew all my cousins and all was good. Not that you grandpa and mom didn't have a knack for discipline... cuz boy did you ever. I remember a time when Jeffrey and I were busted and made to sit in the corner, I laugh now as I look back and see my little self sobbing. I can't even remember what the issue was, but ill never forget the fun we had getting into trouble.
I will always remember you and the fun summers we had. Love, sweet pea. Tasha

Remembrances of my dear sister Maggie:
Maggie was a very generous person. She was always there to help. When Haiti was struck with the devastating 2010 earthquake, Maggie immediately offered her services as a nurse to heal the wounded. She and her medical teammates didn't think about their personal comfort.
I'm forever grateful to Maggie for welcoming and caring for our dear mother during her last years. Mother felt most comfortable at Maggie's home. Maggie took great pleasure bringing family and friends together. She had a love for Haiti's culture, music, food etc. She always hoped for a better Haiti.
Maggie trusted people she interacted with. Unfortunately, some failed to appreciate this human quality. She was sensitive and showed her emotions easily. You knew that Maggie was happy when she would flash her beautiful and innocent smile. Likewise, when she was sad or hurt, she would let her tears flow.
Maggie was courageous. She endured great pain from her illness without complaint or bitterness. She didn't hold grudges. I miss you, dear sister. Love you always,
Kenel

The pain from the loss of my dear sister-cousin is felt by many. I am forever grateful for the loving kindness, hospitality and support she had provided me thoughout the years.
She was a jewel among the family and we will miss her dearly. Although we are grieving, we are also comforted by Jehovah's promise:
"Your dead will live. My corpses will rise up. Awake and shout joyfully, you residents in the dust!...and the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." (Isaiah 26:19)
I pray for your heart to heal.
