Dear Roselyn and family,
God looked around His garden
And found an empty place,
He then looked down upon the earth
And saw your uncle’s - tired face.
He put his arms around him
And lifted him to rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best
He knew that your Uncle was suffering
He knew he was in pain.
He knew that he would never
Get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough
And the hills were hard to climb.
So God closed your Uncle's weary eyelids
And whispered, ‘Peace be thine’.
It broke your hearts to lose him
But he didn’t go alone,
For part of each of you went with him
The day God called your Uncle home.
Good people pass away; the godly often die before their time. But no one seems to care or wonder why. No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come. For those who follow godly paths will rest in peace when they die.
Isaiah 57:1-2
Into your hands. O merciful Savior, we commend your servant Robert.
Acknowledge we humbly beseech you a sheep of your own
fold, a lamb of your own flock, a sinner of your own redeeming.
Receive him into the arms of your mercy, into the blessed rest
of everlasting peace, and into the glorious company
of the saints in light. Amen.
May his soul and the souls of all the departed, through
the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
God bless you and your family.
We are keeping you in our prayers,
Wilma and David
