To the Clowers Family, My prayers and condolences to each one of you’ll, particularly to his beloved sister Mrs.Barbara Crowley, with whom I was blessed to have serve as her pastor. I had the pleasure of meeting Brother Bob as I referred to him through her and his lovely late mother Mrs.Christian. Anytime I needed something moved, lifted, or given away to the needy, he was always willing and able to assist. Many times I offered to give him money, he always declined and would give me a monetary contribution for the church. I was truly blessed to fellowship with him in his home in Westwood as well as mine in Roselle, spending quite a bit of time in conversation because it was never his option to have a short one, Bob was a long talker. In recent years I always asked Sister Crowley how Bob was doing and she’d convey to me his health challenges. Finally let to say that my prayer is that Brother Clowers is no longer suffering or having to deal with earthly issues, however he’s now resting in the bosom of the Lord where he’ll receive his crown of righteousness put on his long white robe, and slippers to match! So long my friend I’ll see you one day in the morning!
