Monyque was the funniest. Growing up with my uncle was; endless laughs and jokes. I was his favorite and only niece. Monyque loved the movie Breakfast Club; and him and my son would laugh, till they're red in the face.

Uncle Monyque always had an infectious energy! No matter what the situation, he’d always be able to change the demeanor of those around him with his positive, charismatic, and joyful energy. He was always uplifting and encouraging of anything I was going through. As I write this message it is with a heavy heart and teary eyes that I give my condolences to my cousin Courtney, Aunt Yvonne, and the rest of the Green family. I’ve always appreciated the closeness we’ve had a as a family. Though we haven’t got together as much over the years, let’s not let anymore time go by without seeing one another. What eats me up inside is that the last time I saw Uncle Monyque was at my Aunt Cynthia’s funeral. Let’s remember to celebrate and give each other flowers while we’re he to receive them. Love you Uncle Monyque! And my prayers are with you Courtney and Aunt Yvonne and others closest to him.

Mr Green, “Q” … one of the most genuine people on this earth that I ever encountered. From the moment we met man your energy was always uplifting and positive no matter the situation. As i sit here and write this message to you and your family I know your energy and spirit will live on. You always told me continue grind do what i love.
