Quarles Family, Working with and alongside your Mother/Grandmother at the Newark VA added such profound value to my life. Miss D was a praying woman, so youthful with a sternness (lol) and an infectious laugh. My heart aches at knowing that my "Queen of Shade" will no longer be here physically to hug and love on. I unconditionally and emphatically love Miss Delores...aka Miss D and pray that her legacy lives on in everyone she touched. Thank you for allowing me to be loved and appreciated by her.
