I am struggling to write this as I am just now learning of your return to The Father. Vanessa, your smile, your laugh, your heart, your spirit, you will always be remembered and are truly missed. Thank you for always being so genuine and patient and dedicated and true. You taught me a lot in the media room...we go back to audio tapes at Agape!!! Although, I've been gone for a long while I will always cherish the memories I have with and of you.

I am a writer and yet I cannot find the right words that accurately express how I feel… how do you put 57 years of sharing into a single post? They say sisters are your first best friends and now I have lost both of mine. My heart is so broken and my soul is empty. My entire world has been turned upside down and life as I know it is forever changed. How do I move forward? Today I may not have the answer, but I do know I will continue to live life to make you, Wendy and Mommy proud of me. I will live life with love, compassion, integrity, honesty and dedicating my life to serving God. My legacy has been re-purposed to the legacy of our Family and keeping unity within it. Keep the gates open for me and may you rest in Heaven … until we meet again! I love you eternally Baby Sis … keep fluttering My Purple Butterfly!
